To take part in an auction, users must follow these steps:

Create an account or log in to your existing Al-Aryan Mobile account.

Complete all required personal information accurately, including name and contact details.

Place your bid according to the auction rules and bidding increments shown on the product page.

Monitor the auction until it ends.

All participants are required to act responsibly and provide accurate information.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Submitting false or misleading personal information

Placing bids with no intention to complete the purchase

Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the auction process

Using multiple accounts to influence bidding results

Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Winning an Auction When an auction ends, the highest valid bid is considered the winner, provided it meets or exceeds the minimum reserve price set for the item.

If the reserve price is not met, the auction will end without a winner, and no purchase option will appear.

If the auction is successful, a purchase option will appear only for the highest bidder, allowing them to complete the purchase through the standard checkout process. The winner will also receive an email notification confirming the result.

Failure to complete payment within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of the winning bid and further action.

Participating in auctions on Al-Aryan Mobile is a legally binding process.

Submitting a bid represents a commitment to purchase the item if you win the auction.

Any misuse, fraud, or intentional disruption of auctions may lead to legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws in Jordan.

Al-Aryan Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates auction rules, provides false information, or engages in behavior that compromises the fairness of the auction system.
