At Al-Aryan Mobile, we aim to ensure that every customer receives a genuine product in perfect condition. Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging, accessories, stickers, and box contents must be included.

Because we specialize in mobile phones, electronic devices, and accessories, some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, software activation, or warranty restrictions.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or activated mobile phones
  • Used accessories (cases, screen protectors, cables, etc.)
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital codes
  • Earphones, earbuds, or audio devices once opened for hygiene reasons

To complete your return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase from Al-Aryan Mobile.

Please do not send your device back to the manufacturer unless instructed by our support team.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases:

  • Any device or accessory not in its original condition
  • Items with missing parts or damage not caused by Al-Aryan Mobile
  • Any return requested after 3 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card issuer as refund posting times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location within Jordan.

For higher-value devices such as mobile phones, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Al-Aryan Mobile is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
